Upon your arrival, our reception staff will greet you and ask you to complete some paperwork if this is your first visit. New client forms are available on our website and can be printed and completed prior to your arrival for your convenience. It is best for new clients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to generate your new records.
Once your new client information is complete, you will be escorted to an examination room, where the technical staff will greet you. Your pet will be weighed, and the technical staff will ask questions about your pet's health and the reason for your visit. The veterinarian will perform a thorough examination.
The veterinarian will also review your pet's history and discuss necessary tests, vaccinations, medications, and other important health needs. If tests are required, samples will be collected and either performed in-house or sent to a professional laboratory. If tests are sent to an outside lab, you will be called by the veterinarian as soon as test results are available. If medications are necessary, they may be filled in our convenient in-house pharmacy, or ordered through our online pharmacy.
