Comprehensive Physical Examinations
At Animal Medical Clinic, we believe in the power of a "nose to tail" examination! Truly, physical examination is one of the most important "tests" that we can perform.
During your pet's physical examination, our doctors will evaluate your pet's eyes and ears, examine your pet's mouth and look for signs of dental disease, listen to your pet's heart and lungs, palpate your pet's abdomen, and search for lumps and bumps. Your pet's weight and temperature will be recorded. The veterinarian will ask questions about your pet's history, including any current medications, so that we can offer the best advice possible.
Regular physical examination helps keep your pet healthy by screening for small problems before they develop into large problems. If your pet hasn't seen a veterinarian recently, give us a call!
